At Built in Wardrobes Sydney, we back our products and services. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, conditions and process for warranty claims so you’re satisfied and compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 5 year warranty on our built-in wardrobe products and 2 year on installation. The warranty period starts from the date of installation and covers:
- Products: Defects in materials or workmanship for normal use.
- Installation: Faults or errors in workmanship.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents or fading due to sun exposure.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
- Alterations, repairs or modifications done by unauthorised persons.
- Environmental factors such as excessive moisture, heat or pests.
- Issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

4. Warranty Claims Process

- Costs of removal, reinstallation or transportation.
6. Maintenance
To keep your warranty valid please follow these care instructions:
- Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.
- Report any issues as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
