Built in Wardrobes Sydney makes sure delivery and installation is hassle free. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for delivery and installation of our products so you can have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Delivery
- Service Area: We deliver within Sydney and surrounding suburbs. Outside of this area may incur additional charges.
- Delivery Schedule: Delivery is scheduled as per availability and customer preference. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Fee: Standard delivery fee applies. Fee will be disclosed during the purchase process.
- Delivery Confirmation: Customer will receive a call or email prior to delivery to confirm the date and time.
- Customer Responsibility: Customer must ensure the delivery location is clear and obstacle free. Additional charges may apply for special equipment or access required.
2. Installation
- Professional Installation: Our team of experts will install your built-in wardrobes to the highest standard.
- Pre-Installation Requirements: Customer must clear the installation area before our team arrives. This includes removing existing furniture, making sure there is adequate lighting and addressing any structural issues.
- Installation Schedule: Installation will be after delivery and will be coordinated with customer to ensure convenience.
- Installation Fee: Installation fee is included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for custom requirements.
3. Changes to Delivery or Installation Schedule
- Customer Initiated: If you need to reschedule delivery or installation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may incur additional charges.
- Company Initiated: In rare cases we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.
4. Damages or Issues
- During Delivery: If a product is damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
- During Installation: If any issues arise during installation, our team will address it promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
